Med-E-Quip Locators offers a team of bio-med technicians that can complete both preventative maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of medical equipment.

Preventative Maintenance

Whether it’s one unit or a fleet of units, we offer preventative maintenance for $45.00 per unit*

*$45.00 unit charge applies to most units, some exclusions apply.

Preventative maintenance includes testing the unit to ensure it meets manufacturers specifications. If calibration is necessary, it is included. Certification sheets will be provided.

Local On-Site Visits

Within the St. Louis Metro Area, we offer on-site visits to customers in need of preventative maintenance on several units.

Repairs

Units in need of repairs that are beyond routine maintenance can be sent in to be evaluated and quoted.

Once received, our techs will evaluate the unit and determine what repairs are needed for the unit to meet the manufacturers specifications.

Detailed quotes will be provided and no work will be done until the quote is approved.**

**If repair quote is declined, there is a $45.00 evaluation fee

Once approved, repairs will begin on the unit. If paying by credit card, a team member will contact you when the repairs are finished to collect payment information. Units will be shipped back once payment is received.

All units are cleaned and carefully packed before returning.

Loaner Units

Need a loaner unit while your unit is being repaired? Contact us and we will do our best to provide one. Loaner units will be tested by our team before being sent out to ensure they arrive in working condition.

Accessories/Parts

Along with repairs, we offer standalone parts such as power cords, pole clamps, ECG paper, ECG leads, pulse ox sensors, NIBP cuffs and tubing, and many others. If we don’t have it, we will find it for you!
