Fluids can be delivered from a variety of syringe sizes (1-60 mL) and syringe manufacturers in various delivery modes. The syringe pump is designed for the administration of fluids requiring precisely controlled infusion rates.
The Medfusion® 3500 offers the following delivery modes: continuous, volume/time, mass, body surface area, body weight, intermittent, and bolus.
The 3500 is designed to be used for a variety of delivery routes including arterial, epidural, enteral, intravenous, spinal, and subcutaneous medication delivery.
